Use Car Park at Meggetland (map) on the North side of the canal not Colinton Road. Briefing 10:40 except Long at 9:50

This event replaces the Ratho East Marathon.

Long Course Start 10.00am

Start at Meggetland double bridges, going east towards city centre, turn at the far end in the city centre basin (not immediately after the bridge but about 100m farther), paddle back to the bay where the rowers turn. 3 laps.... Target 18 km

Short Course Start 11:10am Jnr, Ladies, Vet K2 Course

Start at Meggetland double bridges, going east towards city centre, turn at the far end in the city centre basin (not immediately after the bridge but about 100m farther), paddle back to the bay where the rowers turn. 2 laps.... Target 12 km

Mini Course Start 11:20am, Under 16, Under 14

Start at Meggetland double bridges, going east towards city centre, turn at the far end in the city centre basin (not immediately after the bridge but about 100m farther), paddle back to the bay where the rowers turn. 1 laps.... Target 6 km

Lightnings Start 11.25pm, Under 12, Under 10, Under 8 Lightning K1

Start at double bridges, going east, turn at the bay after Ashley Bridge, paddle back to the bay where rovers turn and paddle to the finish at the double bridges- distance app. 3km.

Entry fee Seniors £4.00 Juniors £3.00
